Native sampling, at the asset
Per-bore pressure, vibration, ultrasonic, temperature, current — whatever the asset emits, at the rate it actually emits it. Crank-angle-aligned where it matters. Reads the asset's own ECM stream natively (J1939, Modbus, OPC-UA) and writes everything to the chain.
Wear and load, learned across the fleet
Sensor pack inside the bit. The substrate compares every bit on every rig at the same RPM and torque. The bit that drifts is the bit to pull — weeks of bores earlier than crew gut. Pure margin lift on a flagship product, plus fewer surprise pulls in the field.
What's under the bore, before the bit turns
Walking rover or drone-mounted pod walks the bore corridor in fifteen minutes. Tablet shows a colored, classified subsurface profile: steel pipe, plastic, void, water, dry soil, saturated soil, unknown. Does the work a $25k GPR cart does today, at commodity-hardware prices. No expert operator required.

Every design in the library depends on the foundation. The foundation is what we license. Sharing the designs costs us nothing and accelerates every licensee. Race-to-ship across the library is what compounds the network — one licensee's deployed Smart Rock Bit makes every other licensee's deployment cheaper to build.
